### Step 2: Initial Appointment

### 1 Hour

This is where we dig deep into your story, symptoms, and goals.

We’ll review your health history, run any necessary tests, and start building a strategy that makes sense for you.

You’ll leave with: a clear plan, not a list of guesses.

### Step 3: Monthly Follow Ups

### 30–45  mins

We check in every 4–6 weeks to track progress, review test results, and adjust your care plan as needed.

The goal? Steady momentum, real results—and eventually, fewer visits as you start to feel better.

check-ins, then once a year for tune-ups.
